We are looking for a **Mid-Level Fullstack Developer** to join the **onCar** team, working in a dynamic, modern, and impact-driven environment. We seek professionals with a strong sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, and a desire to grow technically. Your primary mission will be to develop and evolve critical technological solutions for the business, ensuring quality, scalability, and efficiency in deliveries. Your responsibilities: * Development and Evolution: Develop, maintain, and enhance critical APIs and microservices, primarily on the Backend, but with hands-on Frontend experience. * Technical Quality: Write clean, testable, and maintainable code (Clean Code, SOLID) and apply sound software engineering practices. * Technical Collaboration and Code Review: Conduct constructive code reviews and support the Tech Lead in architectural and system design decisions (DDD/Hexagonal). * Product Vision: Analyze requirements and collaborate with the Product/PM team to translate challenges into viable technical solutions aligned with value creation. * Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing: Directly support junior developers’ growth (pair programming, technical discussions). * Cloud Operations: Participate in creating, maintaining, and monitoring AWS infrastructure, helping evolve our CI/CD automation and observability practices. Requirements: * Backend Proficiency: Solid backend development experience, with a strong preference or willingness to adopt Golang or Node.js/TypeScript (NestJS). * Practical Software Architecture: Practical knowledge of Design Patterns and methodologies such as Clean Architecture/Hexagonal Architecture. * Fullstack Breadth: Strong fundamentals of web technologies, relational data modeling, API integration best practices, and solid frontend knowledge (e.g., ReactJS). * Databases: Proficiency with relational databases and writing efficient SQL queries. * Cloud and DevOps Practices: Intermediate experience with cloud providers (with emphasis on AWS) and containerization (Docker). * Quality Culture: Understanding of and consistent practice in writing automated tests (unit, integration). Nice-to-Haves: * Experience directly handling high-volume environments, financial operations, or systems within fintechs. * Practical knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture (queues, messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, SNS). * Hands-on experience configuring observability tools (Datadog, CloudWatch, Prometheus, etc.). * Experience or familiarity with the mobile ecosystem (React Native).
