We are a diverse company that promotes diversity across all positions, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or disability. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan trips, assign drivers, and structure transportation schedules; maintain records during trips and provide justifications for any deviations; * Issue CTe (Transportation Service Receipt); * Validate breathalyzer, fatigue, and vulnerability tests; * Monitor fleet loading; * Monitor trips via tracking system; respond to CNL and CDL requests; * Maintain communication between drivers and CDL to ensure delivery to the end customer; * Register and update driver and fleet information via system; * Perform tasks as defined in operational controls (where applicable). * Alert supervisors / responsible parties upon observing non-conformities in the Integrated Management System. Work in accordance with Integrated Management System procedures. Ensure third parties operating in your area comply with internal requirements as well as those of the Integrated Management System and SASSMAQ standards; contribute to the company’s socio-environmental performance by collaborating and actively participating in environmental and occupational safety matters. **Requirements and Qualifications** Knowledge: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics (preferred); * Experience in the transportation sector; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Skills: * Organization * Communication * Commitment * Teamwork * Initiative * Leadership **Additional Information** * Must reside within easy access to Jacareí \-SP * Must be available to work on a rotating 6x2 shift schedule.
