If you identify with our purpose, let’s imagine and engineer that future—together? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure timely development of basic projects within available resources and predefined quality standards; * Develop technical specifications; * Develop and track schedules; * Monitor schedules to ensure project execution as planned; * Conduct alignment meetings with maintenance teams and suppliers; * Track KPIs related to project monitoring and quality management; * Create corrective action plans for projects according to priorities defined by area management; * Monitor maintenance department activities to ensure adherence to agreed deadlines; * Supervise and guide the construction execution team throughout work processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Technical education in building construction or road engineering; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of MS\-Project and PowerBI. **Desirable:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields. **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment type: Regular Office * Work location: Jacareí/SP * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:20 PM **Benefits included in this position:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Gympass membership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
