**What are we looking for?** A Process Analyst responsible for mapping and detailing processes with clients and key users, developing technical documentation and SOPs, identifying bottlenecks, proposing improvements, and supporting the design of the To-Be model. Proactivity, ability to interact effectively with both technical and business teams, and strong organizational skills to transform information into clear, structured deliverables are essential. **Key Responsibilities:** Participate in meetings with clients and key users to map and detail processes, including activities, exceptions, involved systems, interfaces, and other relevant information. Deliver the AS-IS process flow diagram and diagnosis of major gaps/bottlenecks, proposing operational and/or strategic improvements where feasible. Collaborate with technical teams to support understanding and detailing of systemic improvements or technology-driven initiatives. Develop technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as well as reference materials ensuring clarity and standardization for operational execution and sustainability. Design the To-Be process model, consolidating proposed improvements to reflect the future state and support implementation of organizational and technological solutions. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. Knowledge of business process mapping and management methodologies. Proficiency in process modeling notations, especially BPMN and/or EPC. Practical experience with process modeling and analysis tools such as Bizagi and ARIS.
