




Job Description: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Knowledge of HR subsystems; * Experience with the TOTVS system is a plus; * Easy access to the Mogi das Cruzes region. * Support daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and timekeeping processes; * Review and approve monthly benefit allocations; * Review and approve vacation requests; * Verify supplier invoices and cost allocations; * Analyze functional changes and monitor progress of job position change processes; * Generate reports and track balance of banked hours (BH); * Process timekeeping closure for all employees; * Enter medical certificates and other attestations; * Develop and analyze management reports, monitor departmental KPIs; * Prepare documentation for audits and technical and medical expert assessments. 2512170202551922358
