Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing installation and repair services for FTTH and FTTA network technology for residential and corporate customers, promoting digital inclusion. We’d love to meet you! \#whatshappeningonourfiber \#fiberteam **Responsibilities and Duties** To join this team, the candidate will be challenged with: * Performing installation and repair services for FTTH and FTTA network technology for residential customers; * Troubleshooting service issues—including slow speeds, Wi-Fi problems, no connectivity, intermittent connections, etc.; * Removing cables from canceled customer accounts to free up capacity for new customers; * Assessing service feasibility when the commercial team is uncertain whether our network reaches a given area; * Relocating equipment within the same residence (e.g., moving to another room); * Relocating equipment to a new address upon customer request; * Performing upgrades—replacing or adding equipment when the customer changes plans; * Participating in training sessions and meetings when invited; * Performing other duties as required by the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** Ideal Candidate Profile: * Completed high school education; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category B (permanent); * Preferred: NR-10 (Electrical Safety) and NR-35 (Work at Height) certifications; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel; * Prior experience in telecommunications companies is desirable. **Additional Benefits** * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Giga Inclusão — Support for dependents with disabilities (PCD) * Total Pass * Birthday day off * Extended maternity leave (180 days) and paternity leave (20 days) * Psicologia Viva (available to those enrolled in Amil health plan) * E-learning platform on the intranet * Tour House: 5%–12% discounts on airline tickets, hotel bookings, and car rentals * Movida: 10% discount applied to daily rental rates * Samsung Partnership Portal Guided by our purpose—to **connect people, ideas, and businesses, promoting digital and social inclusion in Brazil**—Alloha Fibra is today the largest independent optical fiber group in the country.
