Job Summary: Mini excavator operator responsible for operating equipment in asphalt works, performing preventive maintenance, ensuring safety, and supporting the team on site. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of mini excavators in asphalt resurfacing and milling services 2. Responsibility for preventive maintenance and cleaning of the equipment 3. Supporting the team in material handling and goal achievement * **Equipment Operation:** * Operate tracked or wheeled mini excavators at resurfacing, pothole repair, and asphalt milling work fronts. * Perform precise pavement cuts for localized repairs. * Carry out excavation work for pipe laying and drainage systems. * Level and compact the subgrade for subsequent asphalt application. * **Preventive Maintenance:** * Conduct daily equipment inspections (oil levels, coolant levels, tracks/tires, hydraulic system). * Immediately identify and report any anomalies or repair needs to the supervisor or workshop. * Keep the machine clean and in proper operating condition. * **Safety and Signage:** * Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations (NR-12, NR-18, or NR-6, as applicable). * Operate with attention to site signage, surrounding workers, and vehicle traffic (in case of public road works). * Correctly use all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * **Team Support:** * Assist in moving materials and debris at the construction site. * Guide field workers on safe positioning during machine operation. * Collaborate to meet team production deadlines and targets for asphalt works.
