Job Mission Responsible for executing tasks related to the planning, assessment, and control of projects involving electrical installations, apparatuses, and equipment—guided by layouts, schematics, instructions, and other specific documents—and utilizing appropriate instruments, to fulfill preventive, predictive, or corrective maintenance plans for the electromechanical equipment at the Hydroelectric Power Plant. Key Responsibilities * Conduct onboarding for new employees and third-party personnel to raise awareness and disseminate occupational health and safety procedures and rules. * Perform electro-electronic maintenance—preventive, predictive, and corrective—on main power plant equipment, such as generators, protection and measurement systems, circuit breakers, disconnect switches, switchgear cubicles, voltage and speed regulators, transformers, limnigraphic indication systems, panels, and their respective accessories, ensuring proper operation in compliance with the company’s operational, safety, and environmental protection procedures. * Perform electro-electronic maintenance—preventive, predictive, and corrective—on auxiliary power plant equipment, such as emergency generators, compressed air systems, lighting and power supply, drainage/sewage systems, forced ventilation, gates/spillways, fire suppression systems for generators and transformers, cranes, gantry cranes, and other lifting equipment, battery banks, rectifiers, service elevators, and their respective accessories, ensuring proper operation in compliance with the company’s operational, safety, and environmental protection procedures. * Conduct routine inspections and tests to diagnose the condition and operational status of all electro-electronic equipment, identifying defects or potential defects, using appropriate equipment while adhering to the company’s occupational health and safety procedures. * Manage maintenance scheduling through the use of dedicated software and by preparing reports on completed maintenance activities and diagnostic reports. * Monitor and supervise fieldwork teams according to planned and scheduled maintenance outlined in procedures, assuming responsibility for compliance with the company’s occupational health and safety procedures required for service execution. * Support budget preparation and execution through diagnostic reports, technical specifications, purchase order issuance, research into emerging technologies, etc. * Monitor and supervise the execution of outsourced services by developing technical specifications, overseeing performance, and verifying deliverables. * Carry out the aforementioned activities in accordance with the requirements, policies, objectives, and targets of the Management System, which incorporates the guidelines of ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001.
