Teamwork with a focus on organization and responsibility **Join Our Team\- Loading/Unloading Assistant** The Loading/Unloading Assistant is responsible for assisting in the handling, organization, and verification of goods, ensuring speed, safety, and care throughout the entire logistics process. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in the **loading and unloading** of trucks, vans, or other vehicles. * Sort, organize, and move products within the warehouse or shipping area. * Use hand carts, pallet jacks, or other manual equipment as needed. * Verify quantities and conditions of goods, reporting damages. * Assist in the proper storage of products according to logistics team instructions. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace. * Follow **safety** regulations, PPE usage, and operational procedures. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education. * Good physical fitness for tasks involving effort and constant movement. * Ability to work in a team. * Organization and responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory)** * Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory, or loading/unloading. **Behavioral Competencies** * Punctuality and commitment. * Agility and attention to detail. * Proactivity and effective communication. * Physical and emotional resilience.
