All our positions are open to people with disabilities. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** * Define and evolve software architecture, ensuring compliance with standards, scalability, security, and performance, aligned with business strategy. * Serve as a technical reference for the development team, guiding decisions, validating implementations, and ensuring delivery quality. * Support Product Managers and Tech Leads in defining technical requirements, assessing risks, and selecting viable solutions. * Promote continuous improvement of solutions and processes, focusing on performance, reliability, operational efficiency, and code maintainability. * Ensure technical governance and engineering best practices through code reviews, mentoring, and dissemination of architectural standards. * Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, translating strategic needs into sustainable and scalable technical solutions. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Programming languages: Java, Kotlin, Python. * Databases: SQL, Oracle, NoSQL. * DevOps: IaC, monitoring and observability, containers and orchestration. * Cloud: cloud solution architecture and security practices. * System and microservices architecture. * Software security and best practices for data protection. * Technical and architectural documentation. * Troubleshooting and analysis of complex incidents. * Management and organization of technical demands. * Preferred: Experience participating in projects utilizing Artificial Intelligence solutions. **LOCATION** Uberlândia/MG – On-site (Av.
