A fire protection equipment and services company seeks a Construction Supervisor in Pradópolis. **Responsibilities:** Supervise construction projects according to the plan to ensure completion within the agreed schedule, adherence to budget, scope, and quality, and guarantee personnel safety with a target of zero accidents. Participate in team structuring processes, collaborating with the Human Resources Department to select direct and indirect teams. Delegate tasks to teams and monitor progress through production, safety, and quality indicators and controls. Perform other duties relevant to the position. Previous experience as Construction Manager, Project Coordinator, Construction Leader, or Project Supervisor may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
