Job Mission Ensure the correct dispensing of medications, guaranteeing compliance with sanitary regulations and providing pharmaceutical counseling to customers, aiming at patient safety and quality of care. Main Responsibilities * Perform **medication dispensing**, verifying prescriptions and advising customers on proper usage. * Provide **pharmaceutical care**, clarifying questions regarding medications, dosage, interactions, and side effects. * Control **special-control medications**, in accordance with current legislation. * Monitor and ensure compliance with **sanitary surveillance and CRF regulations**. * Control **medication expiration dates, storage, and organization**. * Perform **recordkeeping of controlled medications** in required systems. * Supervise pharmacy attendants and sales staff. * Participate in **inventory and stock control**. * Provide guidance on **good pharmaceutical practices**. * Ensure correct execution of **pharmacy technical procedures**. * Monitor performance indicators and collaborate toward unit goals.
