Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Cleaning Operator to perform operational cleaning of equipment and maintain the organization of the sugar mill, following all safety procedures. We are looking for an **Operational Cleaning Operator** to join the **EAB** team in **Guariba, SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES:** Perform operational cleaning on equipment used in syrup treatment, sugar manufacturing, distillery, boiler, milling, and refining; Clean structural components, remove mud from troughs and floors in syrup treatment and sugar manufacturing areas; Contribute to the organization and efficiency of the sugar mill; Use personal protective equipment (PPE); Strictly comply with all safety procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** Completed elementary education; Availability to work on a 5x1 shift schedule; Commitment to safety; Residence in Guariba, Santa Ernestina, Dobrada, Matão, Jaboticabal, or Taquaritinga (SP). **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion about daily responsibilities and challenges.
