**About the Company**
A light boiler-making metallurgical company located in Sertãozinho (SP), specializing in manufacturing custom metal parts and components for industrial clients across various sectors. 100% customized production (make-to-order), with shop-floor employees distributed across two shifts.
Processes include laser cutting, CNC and conventional bending, MIG/TIG welding, spot welding, capacitor discharge welding, pneumatic riveting, electrostatic painting, drilling, tapping, and finishing.
**Responsibilities**
* ** **Coordinate production order execution to ensure deadlines, quality, and correct process sequence
* Lead day-shift employees and ensure smooth information handover
* Identify and resolve bottlenecks, rework, and non-conformities, communicating potential deadline impacts
* Interface with Production Planning & Control (PCP), Quality, and Sales to adjust priorities
* Monitor production and absenteeism KPIs
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and 5S standards
**Requirements**
* Proven experience as a production supervisor or team leader in metalworking environments (boiler-making, structural metalwork, machining, or similar)
* Knowledge of production processes
* Profile featuring active shop-floor presence and capability for direct leadership
* Ability to handle unforeseen events and shifting priorities
* Familiarity with technical drawing interpretation
* Residence in Ribeirão Preto (preferred) or surrounding region
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **** Technical or undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields
* Prior experience in make-to-order production
* Knowledge of quality tools (5S, PDCA, NCR)
* Experience managing operations across two shifts
* Experience in small- or medium-sized enterprises where supervisors work closely with operations
* Experience with electrostatic painting or surface finishing processes
* Proficiency in recording production data and basic production controls (spreadsheets or ERP)
**Hiring Details**
Compensation and benefits negotiable based on employment regime and candidate’s experience.

Contract Duration: 12 months
Compensation: R$6\.000,00 \- R$15\.000,00 per month
