Job Summary: The purchaser will be responsible for managing procurement activities, supplier administration, negotiation of terms, and monitoring imports and documentation, with emphasis on proactivity and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Purchase activity management and cost control. 2. Negotiation with domestic and international suppliers. 3. Proactivity, analysis, and organization for the procurement process. **Key Challenges:** Manage procurement activities, including budgeting, cost control, and defining parameters for new acquisitions; Administer domestic suppliers, negotiate commercial policies, and identify new suppliers; Procure domestic and imported raw materials, obtain quotations and adjustments, generate purchase orders, confirm orders, and perform follow-up; Monitor import requirements based on inventory control; Contact and negotiate with overseas suppliers regarding pricing, delivery timelines, and shipping methods; Analyze and prepare necessary documentation for the customs broker; Monitor receipt, tracking shipment, transportation, and product arrival at the company; Calculate and issue import cost forecasts; Collect and forward all process documentation to the finance department; Contact suppliers in person, by phone, or via e-mail; Evaluate supply conditions for DOMESTIC AND IMPORTED goods (delivery and payment terms) **Professional Profile:** Be proactive; Analytical; Organized. Able to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams; **Work Schedule:** Availability to work Monday through Friday. REQUIREMENTS For This Role, We Expect You To Have! Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or International Relations. Advanced Excel knowledge (preferred) Fluent English; Spanish is desirable. **Availability to work in Jaboticabal.
