Job Summary: We are seeking an intern to work in the technical support area, assisting with customer service, providing basic network support, and supporting technical teams. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in customer service (phone, WhatsApp, and/or internal system) 2. Support identification and resolution of connectivity issues 3. Assist with basic router configuration We are seeking an intern to work in the technical support area. The candidate will assist with customer service, provide basic network support, and support technical teams. * Assist in customer service (phone, WhatsApp, and/or internal system) * Support identification and resolution of connectivity issues * Track service orders and technical tickets * Assist with basic router configuration * Provide support to field teams when necessary * Update information in the system Requirements: Currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in: * Computer Science * Networking * Information Systems or related fields * Basic knowledge of computer science and networking * Good communication skills and willingness to learn Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$800.00 per month Benefits: * Internet allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
