Descripción: Principales responsabilidades: * Atender a clientes por teléfono, correo electrónico o chat para reservas e información sobre productos o servicios; * Registrar y actualizar datos de reservas en sistemas internos; * Aclarar dudas sobre disponibilidad, tarifas, políticas y condiciones de reservas; * Apoyar en la emisión de confirmaciones y documentos relacionados con las reservas; * Asistir en el control de solicitudes especiales y necesidades de los clientes; * Mantener una relación cordial y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente; * Colaborar con el equipo para optimizar procesos y procedimientos internos. Requisitos obligatorios: * Educación secundaria completada; * Experiencia en atención al cliente, preferiblemente en centrales de reservas o en el sector hotelero; * Buena comunicación verbal y escrita; * Organización, atención al detalle y habilidad para tratar con distintos perfiles de clientes; * Conocimientos básicos de sistemas de reservas y paquete Office.
