The driver must operate official or leased vehicles of the CONTRACTOR for passenger and cargo transportation, holding a National Driver's License in accordance with the specifications outlined in the Terms of Reference, and strictly comply with traffic laws and regulations, including the Brazilian Traffic Code, complementary legislation, and resolutions issued by CONTRAN, observing speed limits and transportation rules. The driver is responsible for traffic violations resulting from their driving, with the right to appeal guaranteed by IBGE.
