**Mission** ---------- Responsible for the implementation, standardization, and improvement of industrialization processes for the ingredient portfolio, primarily in O\&E but also in fibers, bridging the gap between product proposals and their industrialization pathways to final products—using current processes and technologies or developing new pathways to deliver the required industrial capabilities and capacities to meet market demands and product requirements. **What You Will Do** ------------------------ * Responsible for implementing industrialization processes for the ingredient portfolio, bridging the gap between product proposals and their industrialization pathways to final products, seeking technical solutions in industrial processes that deliver optimal efficiency \& cost; * Responsible for developing and managing processes, implementing standards and procedures, and formulating strategies to identify and correct critical process issues that may impact safety, quality, cost, and efficiency; * Provide technical support to the Quality team in detailed analysis of quality issues, consumer complaints, and improvements from an industrial process perspective, as well as support during internal, external, and customer audits; * Responsible for maximizing the use of raw materials (O\&E) in ingredient production, minimizing waste and maintaining low inventory levels, while ensuring optimal cost composition of raw material x product x processes; * Directly engage in CAPEX projects for process adjustments, improvements, and capacity expansion for oils, folded, fractionated, and fiber production; * Collaborate directly with PDA in developing new products, supported by technologies capable of meeting market expectations and required product specifications using current and/or new industrial processes; * Support the development of factory operational procedures following the launch and implementation of new technologies and/or processes; * Stay up\-to\-date on emerging technologies and processes related to citrus and non\-citrus ingredient production, including participation in supplier technology trials and critical evaluation thereof **What We Seek** ------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields * Advanced English proficiency for oral reporting and meetings with international teams * Strategic process management, manufacturing, and application of continuous improvement systems * Prior experience in citrus ingredient industrialization is desirable, among others
