Integrate information with finance, sales, and accounting departments **Position:** Billing Manager **Employment Type:** Independent Contractor (PJ) **Salary:** R$ 15\.000,00 **Description:** The Billing Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising all company billing-related activities, ensuring correct issuance of fiscal invoices, revenue control, and compliance with fiscal and financial obligations. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare management reports for the executive board * Validate orders and contracts prior to billing * Analyze inconsistencies and propose process improvements * Coordinate the billing team and assign tasks * Ensure proper tax classification of transactions * Ensure compliance with tax and fiscal legislation * Supervise the issuance of fiscal invoices (goods and services) * Integrate information with finance, sales, and accounting departments * Monitor departmental KPIs (billed volume, pending items, rework) * Track billing deadlines and document delivery to clients **Mandatory Requirements:** * Driver's License Category A/B * Availability for travel * Availability for relocation * Bachelor's degree in Administration or Financial Management * Postgraduate degree in Hospital Management / Postgraduate degree in Billing
