Description: What are we looking for? Main responsibilities: * Manage project scope and planning, breaking down business requirements into schedules, backlogs, and WBSs, ensuring clarity, predictability, and execution feasibility. * Apply agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) as well as traditional approaches, depending on client needs regarding fixed deadlines and costs. * Perform financial project management, including budget control, contribution margin tracking, and support for forecasting processes. * Proactively manage risks by identifying impediments and defining mitigation and contingency plans. * Monitor project performance metrics and indicators—such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, throughput, and quality—to support decision-making. * Manage stakeholders by delivering status reports appropriate to different levels—from technical teams to leadership and clients. * Ensure clear and assertive communication among all parties, translating technical requirements into business terms and aligning expectations. * Lead negotiations related to scope changes, deadlines, and demand prioritization with clients and teams. * Exercise leadership over teams, fostering engagement, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a collaborative, high-performance environment. * Maintain process organization, discipline, and governance, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and project ceremonies are conducted. * Work on projects interfacing with Information Security, considering risk management, compliance, LGPD, and security controls. Requirements * Proven experience in project management, with strong focus on scope, planning, and financial control. * Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and knowledge of traditional project management methods. * Experience in risk management, and in project performance metrics and indicators. * Ability to communicate clearly, negotiate effectively, and manage stakeholders across various organizational levels. * Leadership profile, with skills to engage teams, mediate conflicts, and lead multidisciplinary teams. * Organization, discipline, and adaptability to handle changing business priorities. * Desired experience in projects focused on or interfacing with Information Security, including compliance, LGPD, and security controls. * Tools: Advanced Excel, Jira, PowerPoint, and Confluence * Certifications: PMP and/or Agile certifications will be considered a differentiator Position location: Rio de Janeiro, RJ.
