AGRICULTURAL ENGINEERING INTERNSHIP - MECHANIZATION

**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 44 Hours Per Week **Level:** Internship **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Assist in developing agricultural mechanization projects;\* * Assist in monitoring preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of agricultural machinery, equipment, and implements; * Support the organization and scheduling of machinery and equipment maintenance;\* * Assist in evaluating the operational conditions and performance of agricultural machinery and implements; * Support inspections, adjustments, and checks of machinery and implements;\* * Assist in operational planning of machinery and operation teams according to agricultural activities (soil preparation, planting, crop management, and harvesting);\* * Support control of service orders, maintenance records, and workshop administrative routines; * Prepare technical reports and control spreadsheets; * Assist in inventory control and requisition of spare parts, materials, and inputs for machinery; * Support harvest planning related to machinery operational capacity, maintenance schedule, and fleet renewal plan;\* * Assist in identifying failures and proposing improvements to maintenance and operation processes; * Support initiatives focused on operational safety and improvement of working conditions for machinery operators;\* * Conduct field inspections and monitoring; * Perform other tasks related to the technical area. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields; * Interest in agricultural mechanization and equipment maintenance; * Basic knowledge of agricultural machinery and implements; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and analytical ability; * Availability for field activities. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience (even academic) with agricultural machinery; * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance; * Familiarity with maintenance indicators and operational control; * Basic knowledge of agricultural operations planning;\* * Driver's License Category B. **Benefits:** Accommodation, Life Insurance, Meal Allowance
