Opening for Administrative Internship.** **Responsibilities and duties:** * Support the team and learn from professionals in administrative activities. * Assist in developing strategies to improve operations and reduce costs while maintaining service quality. * Inform clients about plans, promotions, and events, attracting new clients and retaining existing ones. * Tackle challenges with determination and maintain high-quality service. * Provide guidance and foster a welcoming, motivating environment, serving as a positive role model. * Act responsibly and reliably, adhering to the academy’s standards. **Qualifications:** * Currently enrolled in **Administration**, **Technical**, or **Technologist** programs in the field. * Ability to communicate clearly and convey confidence to clients. * Participation in administrative processes and learning about unit operations. * Motivated to learn, adapt, and advance professionally. * Completion of tasks responsibly and within deadlines. **Behavioral Skills** * Enthusiasm, discipline, and commitment to processes and results; * Service-oriented mindset, with empathy, attentiveness, and ethical conduct; * Proactivity, ownership, and continuous pursuit of improvement; * Clear communication (verbal and non-verbal) and transparency in relationships; * Attention to detail, focus on excellence, and adaptability; * Willingness to learn, evolve, and share knowledge with the team. **About Rede Alpha Fitness** With over 30 years of history, Alpha Fitness has evolved from a neighborhood gym into one of Brazil’s largest fitness networks, with more than 750 employees, 45,000 students, and 26 units.
