We currently have an opening for a **Vehicle Technical Delivery Specialist** in **Recife – Imbiribeira**. The Technical Delivery Specialist is a key contributor to the customer experience, responsible for ensuring that vehicle delivery becomes a memorable and complete moment. This professional ensures that the customer receives their new vehicle with all necessary information, features thoroughly explained, and documentation properly organized—delivering exceptional service and reinforcing the brand relationship. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare the vehicle for delivery by verifying safety items, functionality, and cleanliness. * Conduct a detailed technical presentation of the vehicle to the customer, explaining all features, technologies, and onboard systems. * Guide the customer through the owner's manual, warranty terms, maintenance plans, and after-sales services. * Assist in documentation processing and delivery completion, ensuring all procedures are fulfilled. * Clarify customer questions and provide initial support regarding vehicle usage and care. * Guarantee customer satisfaction at the time of delivery, delivering a positive and personalized experience. * Perform test drives and final inspections, when necessary, to ensure the vehicle is in perfect condition. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Strong customer service skills with focus on customer experience. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) with driving experience. * Good interpersonal communication and proactivity. #### **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Bradesco health insurance plan * SulAmérica dental insurance plan * On-site cafeteria * Transportation allowance #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
