




Description: * Technical Course in Electrotechnology; * National Driver's License, Category B; * Experience as an Electrician; * Experience with Live-Line Work. * Safety Policy; * Regulatory Standards; * Code of Ethics; * Standards and Procedures for Distribution Networks; Desired Knowledge: * Microsoft Office Suite; * NR 10 Basic; * NR 10 Complementary. * Define training content, develop teaching materials, and prepare the pedagogical logistics required for training medium- and low-voltage distribution network electricians; * Conduct Initial Training and Refresher Courses for Low- and Medium-Voltage Electrical System Electricians; * Monitor electricians’ performance during training to ensure absorption of disseminated knowledge; * Supervise and evaluate electricians’ development during practical activities and/or simulated tests; * Develop, administer, and analyze assessment results, aiming at electricians’ certification; * Ensure accurate documentation of all conducted activities, as well as transparency and integrity throughout the entire qualification/training process. * Conduct training needs assessments (e.g., materials, equipment, tools, presentation updates, organization of the practical training yard—including structures, equipment, and networks); * Deliver in-person training to teams of electricians and technicians (introduction of new techniques and equipment); * Deliver in-person training to teams of electricians and technicians (initial training and/or refresher training). 2512210202551931596
