Our engineering and construction units focus on Infrastructure, Energy, Mobility, and Industry projects, with emphasis on operational excellence. **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan and supervise all area activities, ensuring the effectiveness of the QMS in processes under responsibility, guaranteeing proper functioning through controls, procedures, and standards, aiming to identify improvement opportunities and ensure timely execution of required activities. * Prepare, analyze, and monitor project progress reports using daily collected data, periodic meetings with involved teams, among others, aiming to control and report all activities to stakeholders. * Support supplier management through established company procedures, aiming to meet prior requirements, budgets, and deadlines for each demand. * Control and carry out field service surveys (collect measurements, volumes, and quantities of reinforcement, formwork, and concrete; inspect work execution; reduce or maintain losses within predicted and established project standards; periodically verify actual service costs, among others) through internal technical and safety standards, aiming to enable work execution in the shortest possible time, analyze equipment, labor, and material productivity, align teams, and improve task distribution. * Manage, develop, and guide the team focusing on achieving optimal results while complying with occupational safety regulations and internal company procedures, through periodic meetings, training, and feedback, strategically and technically empowering employees to face challenges and demands, aiming to engage and retain top talent according to established strategies. **Requirements and qualifications** * Responsible for client measurement, interface with procurement, advance payment control, and amortization. * Higher education degree or currently pursuing one * Experience with SAP and measurement * Excel * SAP * Power BI * PowerPoint **Additional information** Benefits: * 30% hazard pay when starting field activities; * Health plan * Profit-sharing (PLR): paid semi-annually; * Meal allowance * Work location: Recife - PE | 100% On-site model * WE ARE AG It's through the strength of \#OurPeople that we build the future and go further every day! * OUR STORY Andrade Gutierrez was founded in 1948 in Minas Gerais by three young engineers who started building roads and have never stopped since.
