




**What you will do:** * Conduct onboarding procedures for new employees * Monitor daily and resolve inconsistencies in electronic time records * Support the vacation process * Assist in controlling and maintaining time-off banks and holidays * Track the progress of probationary contracts * Update employee registration data whenever necessary * Provide general employee support **Required Qualifications:** * Completed degree in Administration, Accounting or related fields * Knowledge of labor legislation * Experience with general HR routines * Good knowledge of E\-social **What we expect from you:** * Focused attention * Organization * Empathy * Teamwork mindset * Good interpersonal skills
