### **JOB DESCRIPTION**

Organize internal and external events related to the Integrated Management System (IMS) to promote adequate training for employees;
Plan and conduct employee training on IMS-related activities to disseminate knowledge and facilitate program implementation;
Develop support materials, such as manuals, handbooks, and posters, to optimize training and promote IMS programs;
Advise company managers and facilitators on IMS-related activities to ensure proper execution in accordance with company-established standards;
Support IMS development and maintenance processes by gathering information and feedback to enable evaluation of area programs and procedures;
Recommend work processes, methods, and routines that ensure higher and more efficient productivity while minimizing costs;
Prepare and assist in reviewing process flowcharts for IMS documentation to ensure accurate communication and recording of information;
Control quality-related incidents by entering data, sorting and identifying documents for report preparation with statistics;
Participate in drafting and writing quality-related procedures to contribute to area record organization and control;
Distribute and control copies of IMS manuals to promote a Quality culture among company employees;
Control documented information and document approval workflows through computerized systems to meet IMS requirements;
Plan and conduct internal audits, record nonconformities and action plans for certifications within their scope to promote a Quality culture among company employees;
Advise managers on process risk management and area action plans to meet established standards;
Perform related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor, according to their competencies.
### **JOB REQUIREMENTS**
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
DESIRABLE: Completed bachelor's degree.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN FIELD: 1 year.
DESIRABLE: 2 years.
