To continue empowering business and people success, we are seeking a professional for our technology team to serve as an **Applications and Technical Communication Analyst.** **We are seeking a professional to join our MES Technical Communication team, responsible for supporting new product launches, creating supporting materials, and collaborating with internal teams. If you possess strong communication skills, organizational ability, and interest in technology, this role is for you!** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Support new product launches, including planning and execution; * Create narratives and supporting materials for product sales; * Provide technical team support for MES software installation and configuration; * Develop technical and commercial materials such as manuals, presentations, videos, and images; * Conduct and organize internal training sessions on new products; * Maintain internal communication via Intranet, keeping the team updated on news and changes; * Support software development project management, collaborating with Development, QA, Support, Implementation, Marketing, and Sales teams. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Communications, Marketing, or related fields; * Experience in documentation development. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Familiarity with visual creation tools (images, videos); * Creativity in developing product sales pitches; * Experience in project management, with focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results; * Knowledge of MES systems and industrial processes; * Basic knowledge of programming and SQL Server.
