Job Summary: Fiber Optic Technician responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and technical support of fiber optic services for residential and corporate clients, ensuring optimal network performance. Technical customer support and report completion A telecommunications company is hiring a Fiber Optic Technician in Porto Alegre. **What will you do in this role?:** Install, configure, and activate fiber optic services for residential and corporate clients. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fiber optic networks, including fault detection and resolution. Conduct tests using a power meter to ensure proper network operation. Ensure correct equipment installation and compliance with technical specifications. Provide technical customer support, clarify doubts, and guide customers on proper service usage. Read and complete technical reports, documenting activities performed in service orders. Adhere to workplace safety standards and company policies during task execution. Flat launch.
