Ensure vehicle compliance and safety **FLEET SUPERVISOR I** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: * Lead the team in executing fleet-related activities and manage the department’s physical, human, and material resources to comply with standards, procedures, and directives from the immediate supervisor, thereby contributing to business sustainability; * Develop technical and behavioral competencies of the team through training sessions and periodic meetings, promoting the company’s essence, values, and DNA, fostering a sense of ownership, teamwork, quality of life at work, and ensuring organizational succession planning via high-performance team development; * Monitor departmental goals and KPIs, implement corrective actions for deviations to achieve productivity targets, reduce costs and waste, and optimize processes; Conduct and oversee physical inspections of mandatory safety items and other legal requirements for vehicle operation using a standardized checklist, ensuring all vehicles in circulation comply with current legislation. **Requirements:** Requirements: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields * Experience as a mechanic or in similar roles * Driver's License: Category “E” **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Work Schedule: •Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 15:30; •Saturdays, 08:00 to 12:00. **Benefits:** Benefits: – Meal Voucher – Attendance Bonus – Transportation Voucher (TEU) – Parking – Unimed Health Plan – Dental Care Plan – SEST/SENAT Agreement – Semi-annual Profit Sharing (PLR) *Apply via the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
