




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsibilities: Implement administrative routines and guide compliance with regulations; Coordinate cleaning and security services; Manage work schedules, evaluate team performance, train staff, and reassign personnel; Monitor attendance, prepare documents and reports; Manage vacation schedules; Interview and approve candidates, monitor employee performance during the probationary period; Control and submit documents to clients; Provide customer support. • Manage uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE); Manage entry and exit times via electronic time clock; Supervise adherence to pre-established cleaning schedules in condominiums / Develop cleaning schedules; Manage work schedules, evaluate team performance, and reassign personnel; Manage vacation schedules; Address inquiries regarding benefit and salary payments; Administer health plan enrollment requests. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: Completed high school education; higher education in administration or related fields is desirable; Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software); Basic knowledge of labor procedures; Familiarity with organic security operations and general services; Driver’s license category B (MANDATORY); Experience managing teams. Must demonstrate organization, proactivity, leadership, responsibility, initiative, discernment, flexibility, ability to manage adverse situations, and strong communication skills. Must possess fluency in verbal, written, and digital communication. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–5:00 PM. **BENEFITS:** Salary: BRL 1,773.71.
