




Job Summary: A professional to assist in the management of installation projects, developing spreadsheets and budgets, supervising construction sites, attending to clients, and administering contracts. Key Highlights: 1. Direct involvement in the management and supervision of installation projects 2. Development of calculation spreadsheets and preparation of budgets 3. Interaction with clients and field teams * Provide assistance and supervise the management of projects within the Installation Department, in coordination with leadership; * Develop calculation spreadsheets; * Collaborate with the team to resolve problems and difficulties; * Prepare and interpret projects, reports, and emergency plans; * Calculate direct and indirect costs; * Supervise field teams at construction sites; * Schedule commencement dates for construction projects and installations; * Prepare budgets and submit them to the Operations Manager; * Attend to clients in person and virtually via telephone, email, and WhatsApp; * Drive the company vehicle; * Prepare, complete, and collect signatures on construction and revision contracts; * Complete spreadsheets, systems, and CRM; * Deliver completed projects to clients monthly Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.084,10 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
