Join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Produce native digital programs for GZH; * Suggest and develop daily editorial topics, monitoring local, national, and international dynamics; * Source, contact, and approach contributors, including conducting pre\-interviews; * Coordinate editorial alignment with presenters and support live broadcast execution; * Monitor broadcasts, comments, and program performance, contributing real\-time adjustments; * Accompany the team during external recordings and special productions; * Serve as the communication link among editorial, technical, and digital teams involved in program broadcasts. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Journalism, with professional registration; * Experience producing audiovisual content for digital environments; * Proficiency in social media platforms and understanding of their diverse formats and languages; * Agile, proactive, and solution\-oriented profile, with strong teamwork skills and affinity for behind\-the\-scenes work; * Interest and ease navigating various content domains (politics, lifestyle, current affairs, etc.); * Flexible availability, including weekend on\-call shifts. **Additional Information** **Internal candidates' application deadline is May 15, 2026\.** RBS is built by people.
