It offers learning platforms and tools to optimize educational processes. **Responsibilities:** Manage and expand the customer portfolio, focusing on up\-sell and cross\-sell to optimize the value of each account. Actively prospect new business opportunities and strategic customers, ensuring growth of the commercial pipeline. Plan and execute commercial activities to achieve or exceed established targets. Handle the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting through negotiation to contract closing. Present the SOLIDWORKS solutions’ value proposition to various stakeholders—including end users, engineering and IT managers, and directors—both remotely and in person. Keep the CRM updated and the pipeline transparent, ensuring traceability of interactions. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with the customer base.
