LMS Copel is a company specialized in technology and management solutions for the education sector. It offers learning platforms and tools to optimize educational processes. **Responsibilities:** Manage and expand the customer portfolio, focusing on up\-sell and cross\-sell to optimize the value of each account. Actively prospect new business opportunities and strategic customers to ensure growth of the sales pipeline. Plan and execute commercial activities to meet or exceed established targets. Engage in the entire sales cycle—from initial prospecting through negotiation and contract closing. Present the SOLIDWORKS solutions’ value proposition to various stakeholders—including end users, engineering and IT managers, and directors—both remotely and in person. Keep the CRM updated and the sales pipeline transparent, ensuring traceability of all interactions. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with the customer base.
