Job Summary: Participate in the credit analysis and approval process for Zaffari and Bourbon credit cards, verifying customer data and status. Key Highlights: 1. Performing credit analysis for individuals (PF) and legal entities (PJ), validating documentation and policies. 2. Issuing technical opinions regarding credit approval or rejection. 3. Supporting stores and customer service in specific card-related situations. We are seeking a Credit Operator to join our Credit Analysis team. Your mission will be to contribute to the credit approval cycle for Zaffari and Bourbon credit cards within your scope of responsibility, confirming customer registration data and status. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze credit applications from individuals (PF) and legal entities (PJ), reviewing and validating documentation, identifying status (approval, denial, or pending items) for credit release, in accordance with the Administrator's credit policy. * Issue technical opinions regarding credit approval or rejection. * Respond to requests for new credit applications and credit limit reevaluations, verifying basic information provided by customers to support issuance of Zaffari and Bourbon credit cards. * Assist customers in specific situations (limit adjustments, card unblocking, reanalysis). * Support stores in customer service by providing relevant information or performing account maintenance actions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related field. * Prior experience in credit application analysis. * Solid knowledge of documentation required for registering individuals (PF) and legal entities (PJ). * Experience evaluating credit for legal entities (PJ) (financial statement analysis, corporate documents, etc.). * Availability to work shifts on Saturdays. **Additional Information** * Annual Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) * Unimed Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * On-site cafeteria * Transportation Allowance as per CLT regulations * Retail Worker's Day Off Our story began in 1935, founded by Francisco José and Santina Zaffari, who—with care and dedication—established a grocery store in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul.
