We believe every individual is essential to our success. **Join Tabone!** **Job Responsibilities:** Implement and monitor the introduction of new products or suppliers into the production process, adhering to established procedures; analyze internal requirements versus supply proposals; assess quality, technical feasibility, compatibility between current and proposed processes, operational difficulties, alternative materials, technology, and other factors—aiming to implement continuous improvements for greater productivity and product quality. Develop fixtures as required by the production process, following established procedures and guidelines—designing, specifying dimensions, forwarding to production, verifying functionality and operational difficulties, and performing adjustments when necessary—to meet required standards. Prepare and/or maintain up-to-date technical specifications, timing operations or collecting relevant data to ensure information accuracy. Prepare and submit conclusive technical reports to support management and supervision in decision-making. Suggest product specification changes, monitor implementation of related actions, and verify processes and registered information according to production process requirements or planned improvements. Monitor rejection rates to adapt or adjust processes, thereby increasing efficiency and effectiveness. Identify viable solutions or alternatives for continuous improvement by analyzing involved variables, operational difficulties, process agility, critical points, bottlenecks, and other factors impacting departmental performance. Maintain updated product structures based on new product projects, entering information such as raw materials, components, times, and processes—verifying, analyzing, and liaising with professionals from other departments to explore optimization and improvement opportunities in the structure, aiming for higher productivity at lower cost.
