Sanitize, cut, peel, and portion food items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment. Assist in plate assembly when necessary. Restock ingredients and supplies during service. Previous experience as an Assistant Cook, Kitchen Helper, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some activities in this position. High school diploma required.
