Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and resolving infestation issues, ensuring quality standards and adherence to action plans. Key Highlights: 1. Field operations focused on pest control and inspections 2. Development and implementation of action plans for infestation containment 3. Collaboration with quality and environmental management systems * Monitor, sanitize, and replace traps and baits in devices; * Inspect premises; * Develop, implement, and close action plans for infestation containment; * Perform chemical interventions; * Complete and close Service Orders at the time of, or immediately after, service execution; in exceptional cases, closure may occur within 24 hours after service completion, per procedure; * Support the quality and environmental management system; * Implement new contracts; * Prepare and maintain the Report on Facilitating Elements (REF) up to date; * Assist the Manager in preparing and maintaining updated logistics; * Guide the activities of the Assistant supporting them; * Clarify customer inquiries; * Work holiday shifts according to the schedule published by the Regional Operations Management; Requirements: * Completed High School education; * Prior experience in operational activities is desirable; * Driver's license categories AB with practical experience; * Must reside in Porto Alegre/RS; * Availability for a 6x1 work schedule; Additional Information: * CLT employment contract; * 6x1 rotating shift schedule with alternating days off, including one Sunday off per month; availability required; Benefits: * Meal allowance: BRL 27.15 per working day; * Profit-sharing program (PPR); * Group life insurance; * Socially responsible company offering extended maternity leave (6 months) and paternity leave (20 days); * Partnership with Sesc; Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Driver's License Requirements: A, B Willingness to travel * Health Insurance * Life Insurance * Attendance-based Meal Allowance * Partnerships with universities * Sesc agreement * Dental Plan
