Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring personnel management and warehouse management processes, acting as a strategic support function and ensuring alignment with operational needs. Strategic collaboration with procurement, production, and logistics A professional responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring personnel management processes—including recruitment and selection, training and development, benefits administration, performance evaluation, and organizational climate initiatives—acting as a strategic support for the department, ensuring alignment between company needs and employee development. Experience in construction projects using industrialized systems **(e.g., steel frame, panels, modular structures, precast concrete, drywall, etc.)** Experience in factory environments, construction sites, or technical materials distribution centers * Receive, inspect, and store materials and supplies according to invoices and purchase orders; * Control material inflows and outflows from inventory, recording them in systems or control spreadsheets; * Organize the warehouse, maintaining cleanliness, standardization, and identification of stored items; * Conduct periodic inventories and assist in physical stock counts; * Issue material requisitions, labels, and inventory control reports; * Monitor inventory levels and report replenishment needs; * Pick and distribute materials according to internal requests; * Ensure proper storage conditions for materials and workplace safety; * Assist in the proper disposal of obsolete or damaged materials, per company guidelines; * Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics departments to ensure adequate supply. * **KNOWLEDGE** Inventory control and organization Material receipt, inspection, and storage Issuance of requisitions, invoices, and inventory reports Basic computer skills (especially Excel) Warehouse management systems (ERP or similar) Physical and cycle inventory Workplace safety and cleanliness standards * **TRAININGS** Training on inventory control systems (ERP, spreadsheets, etc.) Best practices in material storage and handling Occupational safety and accident prevention course 5S or operational environment organization training Basics of logistics and supply chain (desirable) **Proven experience in companies within the civil construction sector, building materials industry, or construction systems companies.** **Prior experience in companies engaged in assembly, installation, or development of construction systems is a strong advantage.**
