Responsibilities and Duties * Support implementation of BackOffice modules (Tax, Procurement, Inventory, Finance, Billing, Contract Management, Fixed Assets); * Participate in process analysis with customers and requirement identification; * Assist with PROTHEUS system initial parameterization and configuration; * Perform basic and integrated testing, and support end-user training; * Develop technical and process documentation; * Register and track technical support tickets when necessary. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Human Resources, People Management, or related fields; * Basic business knowledge in BackOffice areas (Finance, Accounting, Tax, Billing, Procurement, and Inventory); * Basic knowledge of ERP Protheus; * Basic SQL knowledge. Desirable Requirements * Prior experience implementing or supporting ERP systems; * Knowledge of tax and accounting routines; * TOTVS courses or certifications.
