**JOB OPENING:** MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT – RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM IN CANOAS We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform conservation and maintenance tasks in common areas, ensuring proper operation of facilities and supporting condominium routines. **Main responsibilities:** Perform minor electrical, hydraulic, and civil repairs Preventive and corrective maintenance in common areas Support building conservation (painting, lamp replacement, simple adjustments) Supervise service providers when necessary Ensure workplace organization, safety, and cleanliness **Requirements:** Completed elementary education Prior experience in maintenance (preferred) Basic knowledge of electricity and plumbing Proactivity, responsibility, and good interpersonal skills **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Salary and benefits:** Salary R$1\.765,85 40% hazard pay; Transportation allowance based on commuting distance; Meal allowance R$27.15 per working day; Attendance bonus after contract commencement **Work location:** Residential condominium **Minimum education level:** Elementary education (1st level)
