Description: MANDATORY: * Age between 14 and under 22 years old. For persons with disabilities, minimum age is 14 years old, with no upper age limit; * Possession of a physical or digital work card; * Availability to attend theoretical and practical training during morning shift (8:00 AM–12:00 PM) or afternoon shift (1:30 PM–5:30 PM or 2:00 PM–6:00 PM); * Theoretical classes will be held at CIEE in Canoas (Avenida Victor Barreto, 3204 – Centro); * Currently enrolled from the 8th grade of Elementary School onward; * Possibility to remain until the end of the Program, scheduled for January 2028. Note: If you have already completed High School, you are not required to be currently enrolled in studies. Proof of enrollment and work card must be presented during selection.
