Main Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the Unit Manager to define action plans, develop strategies, and create innovative actions that optimize unit results; * Monitor overall qualitative and quantitative results of the unit and/or processes under responsibility, aiming at customer satisfaction and improved unit profitability; * Support the Unit Manager in technical and behavioral training of employees, overseeing the integration process, providing clear direction for daily activities, establishing clear two-way communication, and promoting all aspects of health and safety; * Analyze inventory levels and place purchase orders for unit supplies; * Assist in analyzing daily costs, data entries, and generation and analysis of managerial/financial reports for the unit; Key Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, with active CRN registration; * Previous experience in facility management; * Own vehicle (desirable).
