Improvement of billing and collections processes A medical clinic in the North Zone of Porto Alegre is seeking a Billing Analyst — On-site position. Responsibilities: Analyze, control, and resolve claim denials related to services provided by the clinic. Identify inconsistencies in authorizations, codes, procedures, and clinical documentation; maintain tracking and records of denials, appeals submitted, and recovered amounts. Guide clinical and administrative teams on necessary corrections, support improvement of the clinic’s billing and collections processes. Collaborate closely with billing, authorization, and patient service departments to ensure compliance with contracts, clinical guidelines, and protocols. **Requirements:** Completed high school education. Strong organizational skills, good interpersonal communication, attention to detail, proactivity, and commitment to deadlines and results. Experience with health insurance plan operations and healthcare billing routines; proficiency in billing systems and Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with TUSS and CBHPM coding systems and health insurer regulations. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Salary:** Approximately R$3.500,00, negotiable.
