Perform basic machine setup, such as workpiece clamping and tool changes. Interpret technical drawings and manufacturing orders. Monitor the machining process, ensuring compliance with technical specifications. Conduct measurements using instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges. Make simple adjustments to machining parameters when necessary. Identify and report non-conformities in the production process. Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness according to 5S practices. Comply with company-established safety and quality standards. Support the programming and preparation team when requested. Previous experience as a CNC Programmer, CNC Machine Operator, Machining Technician, or Machining Assistant may indicate familiarity with some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
