The professional will be responsible for leading and coordinating daily store operations, ensuring excellence in customer service, achievement of sales targets, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities: * Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve established goals; * Conduct performance analyses and provide continuous feedback to employees; * Ensure adequate product availability in stock; * Maintain the store in compliance with the company's visual merchandising standards; * Guarantee excellent customer service and efficiently resolve any complaints; * Conduct regular training sessions to update the sales team's skills. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Store Coordinator or Store Manager; * Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate a team; * Ability to make quick decisions and effectively solve problems; * Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers.
