




Job Summary: Experienced maintenance professional to lead teams, optimize resources, and ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency of equipment in the metal-mechanical sector. Manage personnel and materials, and eliminate losses **Key Requirements** * Completed technical education (Mechanics, Electronics, or Mechatronics) – proof required upon application; * Completed undergraduate degree (Engineering preferred) – proof required upon application; * Maintenance Management specialization (or related field) is desirable. * English language proficiency (TOEIC >655 points) is desirable. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance within the metal-mechanical sector; * Strategic and tactical planning skills; * Dynamism and ability to lead a team. **Key Responsibilities** * Implement actions that prioritize occupational health and safety; * Coordinate maintenance teams to optimize resource utilization and ensure machine availability for the production area; * Enhance equipment reliability and process capacity through planned maintenance techniques; * Manage personnel and materials, including preparing the department’s budget and ensuring adherence to it; * Identify and lead, together with the team, loss-elimination activities in the maintenance process, and promote Lean culture practices.
