We are seeking an expert to develop a scalable corporate video platform that integrates directly with DVRs and IP cameras, without dependence on VMS.

**About the role:** The challenge is not merely embedding a web player, but building from scratch a scalable corporate video platform that integrates directly with DVRs and IP cameras (Intelbras, Hikvision, Dahua), without reliance on VMS. We seek an expert in low-latency systems, video processing pipelines, and WebRTC-based distribution.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Design and implement RTSP ingestion and WebRTC distribution architecture.
* Build robust video pipelines using **FFmpeg** or **GStreamer**.
* Ensure low latency, horizontal scalability, and efficient codec management (H.264/H.265\).
* Develop an in-house video gateway and stream control APIs.
### **Mandatory Technical Requirements:**
* **Protocols and Codecs:** Deep expertise in RTSP, ONVIF, WebRTC, RTP, and video structure (GOP, Keyframes, Bitrate, Jitter).
* **Pipelines:** Hands-on experience manipulating streams with FFmpeg or GStreamer.
* **High-Performance Backend:** Solid experience with C\#, Go, Rust, or C\+\+.
* **Networking \& Debugging:** Ability to perform network troubleshooting using Wireshark and analyze video packets.
* **Infrastructure:** Docker, Linux, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
### **Preferred Qualifications:**
* Prior development of an in-house **video gateway**.
* Experience integrating manufacturer SDKs/APIs (Hikvision, Dahua, Intelbras).
* Experience in complex scenarios (100\+ concurrent cameras across multi-site environments).
