**We Are Grupo Recicla**
In 2005, aiming to provide comprehensive waste management solutions for companies, we founded Grupo Recicla to integrate services including diagnostics, transportation, recycling, proper waste disposal, material valorization, and leasing of machinery and equipment. Additionally, we undertake strategic initiatives to foster environmental innovations, driving continuous improvements for our clients and partners. Ciclo is the result of one such initiative—a startup we created to handle post-consumer product recycling and reverse logistics, establishing a direct connection with end consumers.
**Responsibilities:**
* Execute accounting entries and bank reconciliations;
* Monitor and forecast daily and weekly cash flow;
* Support accounts payable and receivable processing;
* Conduct cash flow analyses and track financial KPIs;
* Organize documents and reports to support financial supervision decisions;
* Assist in budget planning and expense control across business units;
* Maintain up-to-date financial records for customers and suppliers.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields;
* Prior experience in financial operations (minimum 1–2 years);
* Intermediate Excel skills (Power BI is a plus);
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in industrial or environmental sector companies;
* Experience in cash flow control and reconciliations;
* Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Omie, Totvs, Sienge);
* Experience in cash flow control and reconciliations;
* Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from the team;
**Work Schedule:**
Monday to Friday, from 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM\.
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$3\.600,00 per month
